By using letustype at letustype.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Subscriptions & payments

Subscriptions are one-time payments granting time-bound access (per the tier you select). Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are at our discretion — contact support@letustype.com.

3. Acceptable use

• No attempts to circumvent access controls or rate limits
• No automated scraping or bulk-downloading without permission
• No reverse engineering, except as permitted by applicable law

4. Content & intellectual property

All content provided by letustype remains our property. You retain ownership of any content you submit.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
