SEC 01

Account & eligibility.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. You sign in with Google, GitHub, or an email magic link — there are no passwords to manage.

SEC 02

Subscriptions & payments.

Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly ($5/mo) or yearly ($48/yr). Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal — your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are at our discretion; contact support@letustype.com.

SEC 03

Acceptable use.

• No attempts to circumvent access controls or rate limits
• No automated scraping or bulk-downloading without permission
• No reverse engineering, except as permitted by applicable law
• No uploading of custom text that infringes third-party rights

SEC 04

Content & intellectual property.

The curated typing corpus, code, and branding of letustype remain our property. Custom text you upload (Pro) remains yours and is scoped to your account only — we do not surface it to other users.

SEC 05

Disclaimer & limitation of liability.

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

SEC 06

Termination.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

SEC 07

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
